Mailing
DPD coordinates mailing projects of varying sizes. From
mail piece design to variable data, to achieving postal
discounts, we assist customers with the implementation
of direct mail campaigns, promotional mailings, informational
mailings, newsletter distribution and a variety of other
mailing initiatives.

Variable
Data
DPD can personalize the text in letters including
addresses, salutations, signatures and PS and
enclosure lines based on your specifications.
The contents in packages for each person on a
given mail list can be varied to meet the needs
of the recipient.

Updating
DPD uses CASS and PAVE certified software and
applies ancillary service endorsement to increase
the deliverability of mail pieces by checking street
addresses against cities and ZIP codes and by adding
ZIP+4 carrier rout numbers.
- Postal
Discounts
DPD will arrange mailing lists with more than
500 domestic addresses to qualify for a First-Class
Presort discount, or non-personalized mail pieces
in mailings with more than 200 addresses for a Standard
Mail (A) discount.
- Addressing
DPD direct imprints addresses in virtually any
font onto mail pieces when a customers electronic
mail list files are provided.
- Affixing
Postage
DPD will determine appropriate postage for each
mail piece and direct imprint indicia, apply metered
labels or affix postage stamps to each piece.
