Inventory
Management
Organizing
Existing Inventory
In addition
to storing and managing the materials DPD produces
for you, DPD will also accept other items you are
currently storing in your facilities or at other off-site
locations. This may include print and non-print materials.
DPD will count and arrange these materials for ease
of access and tracking inventory levels.
Inventory
Reports
DPD will generate monthly reports detailing
what materials you are storing at DPD. Each time materials
are pulled from your stock, DPD will record the new
inventory totals. Should you have questions about
inventory levels between monthly reports, DPD customer
service representatives can quickly provide that information
to you.
Automatic
Reordering
To save time for customers, DPD can implement
a system to automatically reorder the production or
procurement of the materials we manage for you when
the volume of inventory reaches an agreed upon level.
Depending on the customer's preference, DPD can also
arrange to contact the customer when inventory hits
the agreed-upon level, allowing the customer to place
new orders.
Accessing
Your Inventory
DPD can arrange to deliver your materials
to your location in the Twin Cities metro area on
the same day or arrange to have them shipped anywhere
across the country or around the world on short notice.
You will also have direct access at any time during
business hours.
Secure
Storage
Only a limited number of people will have
direct access to your materials. All of your materials
will be stored by DPD in a climate-controlled location
protected by a security alarm system. DPD also provides
insurance coverage for customer materials damaged
in the event of a disaster.
